1. Definitions

3. Eligibility & Age Restriction

• You have not previously had an Account closed or suspended by jilio1 for violations of these Terms & Conditions.

• You are not subject to a self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or any other responsible gaming restriction that would prevent you from lawfully gambling online.

jilio1 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm a Player's eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals until identity is confirmed.

4. Account Registration

4.1 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered Account on the jilio1 Platform. Operating multiple Accounts — whether through separate email addresses, device identifiers, payment methods, or household members — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances and bonuses. 4.2 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process and to update your Account profile promptly if any of your details change. jilio1 will not be liable for any loss arising from inaccurate Account information provided by a Player, including delays or failures in processing withdrawals to incorrectly specified GCash or bank account details.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account login details with any other person. Any activity conducted through your Account will be treated as authorized by you. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify jilio1 support immediately and change your password without delay. jilio1 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized Account access caused by your failure to maintain credential security.

4.4 KYC Verification

In compliance with PAGCOR regulations and Philippine AML law, jilio1 is required to perform Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing withdrawal requests exceeding applicable thresholds. Accepted KYC documents include a government-issued photo ID (Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's license, or PhilSys national ID), proof of address dated within three months, and, where applicable, source of funds documentation. All submitted documents are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jilio1 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI online banking, BDO online banking, Metrobank online banking, Visa, and Mastercard. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply to each payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. jilio1 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges for which jilio1 bears no responsibility.

5.2 Currency

All transactions on jilio1 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits made from non-PHP payment instruments will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction. Any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider are not absorbed by jilio1.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

jilio1 aims to process all withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya within five (5) minutes of approval during normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) Philippine banking days. Withdrawals are subject to completed KYC verification. jilio1 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending fraud screening, AML compliance checks, or identity verification without incurring liability to the Player.

5.4 Withdrawal to Deposit Method

As a general rule, withdrawals will be processed back to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit. This policy is maintained for fraud prevention and AML compliance purposes. In cases where the original deposit method cannot receive funds, jilio1 will work with the Player to arrange an alternative compliant withdrawal method subject to additional verification.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

jilio1 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published on the applicable promotion page. The following general bonus rules apply across all jilio1 promotions:

• Each Player is entitled to claim each promotional offer only once, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Duplicate accounts created to claim multiple bonuses will result in forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and potential Account suspension.

• Bonuses expire within the period specified on the promotion page. Expired bonus funds are automatically removed from a Player's Account without compensation.

7. Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the jilio1 Platform are governed by individual game rules accessible within the game interface. Players are advised to familiarize themselves with applicable game rules before placing real money wagers. In the event of a conflict between these Terms & Conditions and a specific game's rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to the play of that game.

All jilio1 games utilize certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and certified by recognized third-party testing laboratories. The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is published within the game's information panel. Actual results may differ from theoretical RTP over any individual gaming session due to the inherent mathematical variance of casino games.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jilio1 Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Using the Platform for any purpose that violates applicable Philippine law or regulation, including but not limited to Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) and the Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012.
• Registering under a false identity or providing fraudulent identity documents during the KYC verification process.
• Accessing the Platform using automated bots, scripts, or software designed to gain an unfair advantage or circumvent Platform security measures.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Using the Platform to launder money or process proceeds of illegal activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, game vulnerabilities, or technical errors to gain winnings that would not otherwise have been achievable under normal game conditions. Any winnings derived from exploitation of a known or unknown software bug are void and will be confiscated.
• Charging back or reversing deposit transactions after wagers have been placed using those funds.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing jilio1 staff or other Players through any communication channel.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the jilio1 Platform, including but not limited to the jilio1 brand name and logo, website design and layout, software, graphics, text, game content licensed from third-party providers, and promotional materials, is the intellectual property of jilio1 or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or commercial exploitation of Platform content without prior written consent from jilio1 is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, jilio1 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, even if jilio1 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

jilio1's total liability to any Player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the relevant incident. jilio1 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose, nor does it warrant that the Platform will be available on an uninterrupted or error-free basis.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit jilio1's liability for death or personal injury caused by its gross negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

jilio1 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Operation of multiple Accounts in violation of Section 4.1.
• Chargebacks or payment reversals initiated by the Player or their payment provider.
• Compliance with a legal order, PAGCOR directive, or law enforcement request.

Upon Account closure for reasons other than Player-initiated terms violations, any remaining real money balance (excluding bonus funds) that has passed KYC verification will be returned to the Player via their last verified payment method within thirty (30) calendar days. Bonus funds are non-refundable upon Account termination in all circumstances.

12. Responsible Gaming

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal means within thirty (30) calendar days of submission, it may be escalated to PAGCOR as the relevant regulatory authority. Both parties agree to cooperate fully with any PAGCOR investigation or mediation process. Disputes that cannot be resolved through PAGCOR mediation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

14. Amendments to These Terms

jilio1 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jilio1 will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered Players via the email address associated with their Account. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the changes.
